Therapeutic Social Hour : Practical social skills for the real world

Young adults will interact with each other through various means centered around social activities such as simple board games, improv theatre games, and storytelling. Led by Alex Wu, who has a degree in theatre and a background leading theatre camps for all ages, these activities will encourage our group members to interact with each other in controlled environments, boosting their social skills and awareness in public settings. We recreate everyday interactions and practice behaviors that teach our members to understand different points of view.
Group size is limited to 8-12 people.
Who: 18-27 year old neurodivergent young adults
When: Group is every Friday evenings 6pm-7pm
Where: ArtWell Therapy Center
Cost: Each session will be $40 out of pocket.
Enhance Ability! – Therapy Applied Role Playing Games (TARPG)

Welcome to “Enhance Ability! – Therapy Applied Role Playing Games (TARPG)”, an innovative and immersive experience that combines the power of Dungeons and Dragons (D&D) with the therapeutic benefits of group counseling. In this unique, bi-weekly, therapeutic setting, participants will embark on an exciting journey filled with adventure, teamwork, and self-discovery
Who: Kids (age 11-13 years old) and Adolescents (age 14-17 years old)
When: Bi-weekly Saturdays
9:30am- 11:00pm for middle school kids (11-13 years old) starting: TBD (dependent on sign-ups)
11:30-1:00pm for High School kids (age 14-17 years old) starting December 9th
Where: ArtWell Therapy Center
Cost: Each session will be $50 out of pocket (this price includes materials for D&D)
Expressive Art Therapy :
Summer Groups
Facilitated by: Rebecca Irmen M.S, LCPC, ART-BC & Niko Aguilar M.S.
This group is split between High School age and Middle School age children/adolescents.
High School age group will be geared towards an open studio concept. This group will be able to express their experiences and emotions through their artwork in a safe therapeutic environment.
Middle School age group will be working on four different projects during the four weeks, each week bringing a new therapeutic focus allowing the students to explore art in ways that may not have been available previously. They will be encouraged to process their artwork upon completion.
Group size is limited 10 people.
Who: Middle-High School aged students/adolescents
When: Monday & Wednesdays (High School) starting June 3rd-26th | Tuesday & Thursday (Middle School) starting June 4th – 27th
All sessions are 10AM-12PM

Cost: Middle School – $50/session
High School – $40/session
