Allison Moraga, LPC, ATR (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Art Therapist who works with children, adolescents, and young adults. She earned her Master of Arts in Counseling: Art Therapy from Adler University. Allison has worked in a variety of treatment settings, including residential programs, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), and outpatient care, supporting clients with a wide range of emotional and behavioral needs.

Allison specializes in mood disorders, neurodivergence, disordered eating, self-harm, and life transitions. She integrates Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) within an affirming, person-centered, and collaborative approach. Whether using art-making or talk therapy, Allison’s goal is to create a safe, curious, and culturally informed space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to navigate their experiences.

Her clinical style is warm, flexible, and grounded in the belief that therapy should meet each client exactly where they are. Allison helps clients build insight, practice coping strategies, and develop a stronger sense of identity and emotional resilience. She values creativity, authenticity, and connection, and works to personalize treatment using clients’ interests and strengths.

Outside of the therapy room, Allison enjoys thrifting, crafting collages, and spending time with her corgi dog, Pumpkin, who occasionally stops by the office to say hello to clients.
