Rob Irmen, Intern, CADC, CODP

As a CADC and CODP‑I intern, Rob supports clients with a collaborative, compassionate approach that honors their lived experiences and personal strengths. His work is rooted in evidence‑based practices, including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Harm Reduction, Trauma‑Informed Care, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. He strives to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and empowered to explore meaningful change at their own pace.

Rob believes that healing is not a one‑size‑fits‑all process. By integrating multiple therapeutic modalities, he helps clients build insight, develop practical coping skills, and reconnect with their values. Whether someone is navigating substance use, co‑occurring mental health challenges, or the impact of trauma, his goal is to meet them exactly where they are and walk alongside them as they move toward greater stability, resilience, and self‑determination.

His work is guided by curiosity, empathy, and a deep respect for each person’s autonomy. Rob is committed to supporting clients in discovering what recovery and well‑being mean for them, and in building the tools and confidence to move toward the life they want to live.
