Danika Varady

As a registered art therapist with almost 15 years of experience, Danika offers a warm, welcoming space—complete with a cozy couch and art supplies —where you can feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Her goal is to create an environment where your time is honored and used in the way that feels most beneficial to you, whether that’s through conversation, creative expression, or simply being present.

She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults ages 7 to 70. Her expertise is centered around working with women, LGBTQ+, and autistic communities, and she also provides support with parenting, IEPs/special education, traumatic life experiences, and women’s issues.

She’s passionate about helping clients stay connected to their personal goals while exploring their emotions and experiences at their own pace. Therapy with her is a gentle, grounded process where growth and healing are always encouraged, never rushed. She utilizes a combination of Internal Family Systems and a person centered approach, that allows her clients to get curious about themselves in order to find balance and understanding within.

She has two elementary age children, two floofy dogs, and one gecko… so she knows what chaos looks and feels like! Please reach out at any time, and she will give you the attention and support you deserve.
